1.       Define the Objective of an Project.

2.       Define this application is a combination of third party development or if any?

3.       Define this application is being tested in a staging environment dedicated for performance testing?

4.       Transaction Response Times.

5.       Number of Concurrent Users to test the application?

6.       CPU Utilization on Web Server.

7.       CPU Utilization on DB Server.

8.       Point of contacts for the Projects.

9.       Project Information – Application Code Completed Date?

                                                            Application is Functionally Tested if Yes note the Date?

                                                            Application URL?

                                                            When Application Code is frozen for performance testing ?

                                                            When Application scheduled to be released to production ?

10.   Application full name and User Credentials to Access?

11.   Define Test environment Hard ware and Software.

12.   Define Business Scenarios to test (Module Names) ?

13.   Define Production Users Load?

14.   Define the workload model for identified Business Scenarios.
